The 2022-2023 winter was Lake Tahoe's second snowiest on record, with a staggering 677 inches of snowfall. It even surpassed the 1982-1983 season, making it the snowiest winter in 70 years! The snow created surreal winter wonderland conditions, and it was amazing to witness—though, at times, it was overwhelming, and getting around wasn’t easy.
